a. Support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy

a. Stay current with local, national, and international payroll laws, tax codes, and
labor regulations.
b. Ensure payroll practices are fully compliant with legal standard and corporate
policies.
3. Process Optimization:
a. Identify andexecute to streamlined payroll process and enhance the efficiency
and accuracy of payroll operations.
b. Leverage technology and automated tools to optimize payroll process.
4. Reporting and Audits:
a. Prepare and analyze payroll reports for necessary payroll support to internal and
external stakeholders according to data privacy and policies
b. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and
ensuring compliance.
5. Employee Relations:
a. Address payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
6. Vendor Management:
a. manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors to ensure high-quality
service delivery.
7. Collaboration:
a. Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to align payroll processes with
broader organizational goals.
