Minimum requirements:

Relevant accounting qualification
At least four years experience in a similar role
Analytical with good planning and organizational skills and excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines
Ability to handle high volumes
Very good Excel as well as administrative skills

Responsibilities:

Processing of creditors invoices
Handling inquiries from carriers
Compilation of payment advice at the end of the month
Compile and import payment import files on bank
Load and allocate payments made on system
Sending out payment advice to carriers
