Designation: Assistant Manager - (R2R Scope) Accounting & Finance
Location: Orion City, Colombo.
Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Sri Lankan Calendar)
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in bookkeeping, Financial statement preparations, Reconciliation, and Team management.
- Strong Experience working with SAP ERP.
- Experience in Process improvements preferred.
- Following/Completed a degree in related scope, with a professional accounting qualification. (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, CPA)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide your team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Overlooking finance processes of the accounting department.
- Review MI reports.
- Review of monthly Financial Statements & ensure smooth month-end closure.
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
- Suggest process improvement & ensure a productive work delivery.
- Support the team with SAP-related queries
- Manage the accounting team.
