Broster Buchanan are partnering with a recognisable brand in their search for a detail-orientated and commercially driven FP&A Analyst.
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in reporting, forecasting, and providing actionable insights, while building strong relationships across the business to drive success and deliver on the business strategy in 2025.
Description
Build, maintain, and enhance reports delivering analysis on business performance.
Maintain and enhance the month-end reporting pack.
Oversee the budget and forecasting processes in line with departmental needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of automated reports.
Collaborate with the wider cost centre functions in producing detailed financial planning and analysis
Identify opportunities for optimisation and drive strategic decisions Profile
Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Part Qualified Finalist
Advanced Excel ability
Proven experience in FP&A and/or commercial analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and consolidate large datasets into actionable insights.
Business partnering experience with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience in driving continuous improvement of financial systems and processes. Job Offer
Salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
