- Produce and manage comprehensive financial reports aligned with accounting standards.
- Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Perform routine account and bank reconciliations to verify data accuracy.
- Leverage financial tools and software to optimize operations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for effective financial planning.
- Contribute to tax return preparation, ensuring adherence to tax laws.
- Work closely with other teams, offering financial expertise to inform key decisions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Expertise in software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong grasp of financial principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, showcasing strong communication skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Prior leadership experience, including mentoring and training teams, is essential.
