Our client, an award-winning investment firm, is looking for a Client Executive to join their growing team in Bristol on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries and administrative communication
- Oversee the client life cycle process, including account opening, onboarding, transfers, and payments
- Maintain accurate records in client support systems
- Collaborate with the investment team to gather client information and produce necessary documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements, sharing best practices with the team
- Manage administrative tasks to support investment managers and facilitate business growth
Your skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge of Financial Services regulations and products
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- High attention to detail in communications and administration
- Client-facing experience with effective relationship-building abilities
- Relevant experience in administration, with GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A-C or equivalent preferred)
