FP&A Manager being hired for a leading Healthcare business based in Oxfordshire!

Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience) + bonus & wider benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a great finance team and be part of driving business decisions and financial performance during a significant period of growth. The business is an international PE-backed, and M&A driven organisation focused on international healthcare products and services. This is a newly created position to drive FP&A activity and deliver crucial financial insights across the business, becoming a vital business partner to key financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide FP&A support to the Group Finance Director and wider business
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Develop long-term cash flow forecasts and projections
  • Drive business performance through commercial finance insights and business partner senior business unit stakeholders
  • Build and develop financial models and spreadsheets
  • Utilise PowerBI for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


Essential Qualifications / Skills
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Previous experience driving the budgeting & forecasting process
  • Previous Business partnering experience to non-financials stakeholders.
  • Financial modelling experience
  • Experience of working in fast paced environments
  • Ability to operate in a matrix structured organisation
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Excellent communicator with both finance and non-finance professionals of varying levels
  • Process Excellence mindset
  • Able to build relationships
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Honest / trustworthy
  • The capacity to drive through key business changes
  • Hard-working, efficient, and motivated by results
