Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit control process, including monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely payments.
- Perform credit checks on new and existing clients.
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and invoicing issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries regarding payments.
- Ensure compliance with UK credit control regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Credit Controller, with a strong understanding of credit control processes.
- Familiarity with UK financial regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
