Key Duties/Tasks:

Assisting the manager in all payroll activities
Drive positive change to current processes, analyse as is and drive a plan for the future of the Payroll function
Drive efficiencies, system upgrades and role evaluations
Liaise with key stakeholders as part of the senior management team
Production of reports and journals
Providing support on benefit analysis
