They are an exciting start-up that has rapidly grown to £100 Million in revenue in just over 3 years. They operate across a wide range of sectors, such as cosmetics, consumer healthcare, children's supplements and tier 1 medical devices.
They are looking to expand their presence over the coming years to become a truly international organisation.

Your new role
As the Compliance Director, you will get the chance to report directly to the founder. You will get the chance to take ownership of a wide range of areas including ethics, financial crime and regulatory affairs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a compliance leadership role in a cosmetics or consumer healthcare business.
• Creating and overseeing technical files for products.
• Developing and monitoring QMS systems.
• Implement internal process guidelines.
