Position: Corporate Tax Senior Manager

LeedsAbout the Role:Are you an experienced ACA and/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Senior Manager eager to take a significant step forward in your career? Join a large regional practice located in Central Leeds and seize the opportunity to progress towards a partner role, with a clearly defined development pathway.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a corporate tax team.Client Management: Manage a diverse and substantial portfolio of clients including OMBs, SMEs, multinationals, and listed companies.Business Growth: Work closely with partners to expand the corporate tax practice, helping to shape and implement growth strategies.Technical Expertise: Provide technical support across various corporate tax issues such as R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning, succession planning, transfer pricing, and other cross-border taxes.Client Interaction: Engage confidently with entrepreneurial clients, providing high-quality professional advice and support.Requirements:Qualifications: ACA and/or CTA qualified.Experience: Extensive experience in corporate tax planning and advisory at a senior manager or director level.Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of UK corporate tax issues and a broad range of tax matters.Leadership: Proven experience managing a team and delivering high standards of professional work.Commercial Acumen: Commercially minded with the ability to handle a challenging and varied client portfolio.Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with partners.Benefits:Career Progression: Genuine opportunity to progress to partner level within the firm.influence: Autonomy to influence the growth strategy of the corporate tax team.Client Diversity: Exposure to a diverse range of clients from various sectors.How to Apply:For further information, please contact Richard Clark at Clark Wood:Alternatively, send your CV directly or reach out to explore other opportunities.
