Introduction
The incumbent will be responsible for Debtors for the Company. The ideal candidate should have experience above average computer skills and excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Transport related experience is essential in understanding the business environment;
• Related experience in the position for about 5years.
• Should have above average skills in communication, listening and business acumen;
• Should be resilient - naturally the transport industry is demanding;
• Have the ability to work longer hours and not be limited to work times;
• Be willing to develop within the Company and grow.
• Debtors Reconciliation experience essential;
• Detaile month end reporting.
• Ensure the correct billing occurs and adjust rates as neccesary.
• Age Analysis.
• Monitoring invoicing procedures.
• Experience working with large clients on Debtors will be advantageous;
• Administrative skills such as keeping a filing system for invoices and proof of payments.
• Must have problem solving skills.
• Must be able to manage a team
• Be able to take own initiative on daily tasks.
• Being able to work on excel essential as some reports are done using excel using various formulas such as:
  • Vlookup, Sumif, Averages, Autosum etc., accuracy and efficiency is essential;
  • Knowledge of Pivot tables - doesn't have to be an expert
• Must be Microsoft Office Package Proficient:
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • Outlook
• Be able to type using correct grammar and spelling and professional email etiquette.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Must have completed a Bcom degree in Finance or related field.
• Own Transport and Drivers licence.
• English/Afrikaans speaking.
