Clee Hill Plant has a nationwide network of 9 depots (Glasgow, Darlington, Stoke, Chesterfield, Ludlow, Corby, Andover, Dartford and Newton Abbot) with a fleet of over 2,500 machines.
The Role:We have an opportunity available for a Credit Controller to provide Maternity Cover for up to 12 months. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor at our Head Office, Chesterfield (S41 0JW) and working on a part time basis between, Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm).The role involves providing an efficient, accurate and timely debt recovery service.
Key Duties:Posting of cash received on to the computer system
Updating the Credit Control Diary
Process credit applications, which include checking insurance details, chasing of debts and credit checks
Liaise with internal customers to ensure all paperwork / queries are submitted and dealt with on a timely basis
Respond to queries from external customers
Candidate Profile:The successful candidate must have good administrative and communication skills, work accurately within the timescales and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. The successful candidate must have previous experience within a Finance function.
