One of our esteemed Client’s is almost 50 Years old organization, well established manufacturing or electrical metal components. It’s BSE listed Org. HO in Mumbai & Plant at VAPI. Group Turnover is Approx Rs. 400 Cr. We are Currently Hiring for Chief Financial Officer.
Job Description:
• Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff
• Accomplishes finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counselling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
• Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analysing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
Preferred candidate profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• Professional accounting designation CA
• Age - Around 40 to 45 years
• Experience in Senior Management Position
• Exceptional Communication Skill
• Result oriented, Strategic thinker and Planner
