 Directthecompanyinkeepingwith thevision outlined for the companybytheBoardofDirectors

 Partnerwithhigh-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability

 Representthecompanyasrequired, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings

 WorkcloselywiththeCFO(ChiefFinancial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return

 WorkcloselywithHumanResources(HR)regardinghiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement

 Overseequality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers ONETEAMONEMISSION

 Developandimplementbusinessstrategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

 Providevisionary leadership to drive company growth in the electrical projects and lighting sector.

 Overseethesalesandmarketing functions, ensuring the development and execution of effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Enhance brand awareness andmarket penetration.

 Identifyandpursue newbusinessopportunities in the electrical projects, panels, and lighting markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.  Ensureefficient and effective operational management across all departments. Streamline processes to enhance productivity and profitability.  Managethecompany'sfinancialperformance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure financial health and stability.  Lead,mentor,andmotivate a diverse teamof professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.  Stayabreastofindustry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Leverage industry knowledge to position the company as a leader in the electrical projects and lighting sector.
