About the Role
Drive forward the DB and DC pensions arrangements at a strategic and operational level, with keen focus on robust governance and member experience. As subject matter expert work closely with senior company stakeholders and the trustee board, and with external advisers, administrators and industry bodies. Ensure delivery of services including policy, operations, administration, governance, risk, investment, finance and communications. Act as mentor to the in-house Pensions team, encouraging and supporting ongoing growth and development

You will be able to draw on a proven track record in the management of DB and DC pension plans with up to date technical knowledge and keen commercial acumen.
