We are partnered with an SME Bank who are looking for a Head of FP&A to join their London team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the organisation, leading a high-performing team to deliver insightful analysis and drive key business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the FP&A strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee the development of financial models and performance metrics.
• Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

You will need:

• Extensive FP&A experience within financial services or banking is essential.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
