My client is a global Hedge Fund seeking a Payroll & Benefits specialist. The position will be supporting payroll and benefits processes for London and Dublin, with oversight for Hong Kong, India, and China, and serves as a backup for US payrolls.

- Manage payroll for London and Dublin; review other international payrolls.
- Support HRIS and payroll data integrity.
- Handle London and Dublin benefits.
- Assist in plan design and renewals.
- Provide onboarding/offboarding support and respond to employee inquiries.
- Stay informed on legislation affecting payroll/benefits.
- Act as liaison with third-party vendors and brokers.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field.
- 5+ years in global payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of international payroll/benefits laws and regulations.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
