Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate financial reports.
• Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models, ensuring effective financial planning.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices.
• Support and influence decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and reporting.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a finance team.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant with proven leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive positive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including team development and performance management.
