Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (pro-rata, depending on experience). - Contract: Temporary, initially for 6 months. -

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage month-end and year-end financial reporting. - Provide detailed analysis of financial data to support business decision-making. - Oversee cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes. - Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards. - Assist with project costing and financial planning for ongoing construction projects. - Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and recommendations. Reporting Line: This role will report directly to the Financial Controller. Ideal Candidate: - Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience. - Strong management accounting background, ideally within construction or related sectors. - Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels. - Prior experience with project-based accounting is highly desirable.
