Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tally Operator to join our team at Pachpedi Naka. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in handling accounting tasks using Tally software. The primary responsibilities will include managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities:


Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
Record and maintain all financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
Generate invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure timely payments.
Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
Assist with tax-related work including GST and TDS compliance.
Monitor inventory and maintain stock records.
Handle general administrative tasks related to accounts management.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
