• We are seeking a Senior Accountant & Junior Accountant to join our team in Indore at Elite Manpower & Training Academy. This is a full-time position that demands a highly skilled and experienced individual capable of managing financial operations and delivering accurate financial reports. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for various financial tasks including financial reporting, tax preparation, and audit support.

Salary :- Senior accountant 25,000/- & Junior accountant 20,000/-

Job Timing:- 10:00 AM To 7:00 PM

Qualifications and Skills

• The Senior Accountant = must have a good command of accounting principles & fundamentals, GST & TDS filing, Finalization of Balance Sheet and P&L, MS Office, Tally Prime, generation of e-invoices, e-way bills, email drafting

• The Junior Accountant = The Junior accountant must know how to operate Tally Prime, generate e-invoices, and e-way bills, basic accounting, TDS and GST knowledge, and MS Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Oversee all tax activities, including returns, payments, and compliance with relevant tax laws
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning
• Reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and interpret financial data effectively
