Finatal is working with a private equity fund who own a €600m t/o manufacturing business that are looking for support to boost their net working capital. We need a hands on interim consultant to support a portfolio CFO. The primary objective is to support the CFO in boosting the company’s net working capital by doing a 4 week deep dive analysis followed by net working capital optimisation and renegotiating contracts as well as building a process and driving a program in the vision of handing over to someone in the long run. The role is based in Europe and will involve occasional travel. You’ll have experience working in private equity backed businesses where you have optimised net working capital and renegotiated contracts.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in:
