As a , you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible for managing and mentoring a team, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, and helping to drive the success of the firm’s Business Services department. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Reviewing accounts and tax returns prepared by junior staff.
  • Providing proactive advice and building strong client relationships.
  • Supporting the development and training of junior team members.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
