What You'll do :

• Create and update supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy
• Edit purchase orders and process invoices with reconciliations
• Checking payments and correct allocations to cost centres
• Complete month-end tasks to maintain an accurate purchase ledger
• Resolve supplier issues and goods-in discrepancies
• Perform reconciliations across income streams and retail transactions
• Process staff expenses
• Support year-end audits with accurate financial data
