Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an innovative, market leading SME based in Warrington to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for producing meaningful and complex financial reports, as well as preparing budgets and forecasts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A specialist to join a growing business and a friendly team.

Salary/benefits:
  • £55,000 - 65,000
  • Pension - 5% contribution

Responsibilities include:
  • Business reporting to identify and comprehend business issues; propose and carry out solutions.
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts with supporting analysis.
  • Business partnering with key leaders to drive performance.
  • Development of robust and consistent financial modelling.
  • Monthly & weekly reporting and analysis to monitor business performance and track key initiatives.
  • Prepare regular business update and board reports for senior management.
  • Support the Finance Director with ad hoc assignments.
  • Drive continuous process improvements.
  • Assist in systems and data migrations.
  • Management of master financial data.
  • Support bid and tender processes by providing robust financial data.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a commercial FP&A role.
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or suitably qualified by experience.
  • Management skills
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
