OCR is partnered with a highly successful and reputable credit hedge fund, currently expanding during a sustained period of growth. The fund specialises in credit strategies, managing diverse asset classes, including bonds, loans, and credit derivatives (CDS).

With a proven track record of strong performance, they are now seeking a Trade Assistant/Execution Trader to join their team in a newly created hybrid role.

The role will work closely with the Head of Trading, supporting the execution and booking of trades while keeping the investment team updated with market commentary, pricing updates, and new trade ideas. This position will also take ownership of relationships with sell-side counterparts and help strengthen these partnerships.

This is an ideal role for someone with 2-6 years of experience, looking to expand their exposure to credit markets within a small and successful team, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the role develops.

Prior experience in a credit markets role in either a fund or investment bank is essential, along with specific product knowledge of HY bonds, loans or CDS.
