Chartered Accountant with 10 to 12 years of experience in areas of Planning and Forecasting, Fundraising and Managing Investor Relations and Credit Agencies. Having Banking experience will be a plus but NBFC experience will also be good. If we can get someone with experience in handling the

function in a listed company nothing like it.

Fund Raise

o Handling various fund raises including equity, preference, Tier-II bonds, debentures and term loans

o Pitching to various new investors and co-ordinate on the capital raise

rounds Liaising with existing equity investors on capital raise

Investor Relations

o Handling stake-holder queries and conducting regular investor

meetings

o Interacting with Rating agencies

Planning and Re-engineering

o Annual Planning and Budgeting exercise

o Forward looking rolling monthly / quarterly outlook

o Leading Re-engineering opportunities leading to cost saves

o Reviewing Strategic Investment Committee proposals

Regulatory

o Partnering the Controller during regulatory inspections conducted by

RBI

o Leading Asset Liability Management Committee

Transactional

o Finance lead for structured transactions like DA / PTC and sale of Non-

Performing assets to Asset Reconstruction Companies
