We are seeking a highly experienced Manager Project Finance to join with one of our clients in Kolkata HO. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-15 years of experience in project finance with a strong understanding of the job market context of India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial aspects of projects from start to finish
• Develop project budgets and financial plans
• Monitor project expenses and ensure that they are within budget
• Prepare financial reports for project stakeholders
• Manage project cash flows and ensure that funds are available when needed
• Develop financial models to analyze project feasibility
• Negotiate project financing with banks and other financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Provide financial advice and guidance to project stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• M Com/ CA/ CMA
• 6-15 years of experience in project finance
• Experience in long-term projects, such as public infrastructure or services, industrial projects, manufacturing projects.
• Experience in AP/AR
• Experience in vendor payments, reconciliation and project management
• Experience in preparing financial reports for project stakeholders
• Experience in managing project cash flows and ensuring that funds are available when needed
• Experience in developing financial models to analyze project feasibility
• Experience in negotiating project financing with banks and other financial institutions
• Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
