We are hiring for Key Account Manager for corporate salary department for one of the leading Indian banks.

Job Role:

• Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers.
• Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped.
• Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees.
• Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions.
• Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
• Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products.
• Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process’ as laid down from time to time.
• Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank.

Job Requirement:

• Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.
• Self-starter and energetic individual.
• Sales focus in achieving defined targets.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate should be confident & and a team player.
• Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy.
• Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred).
