Positiondetails:

AsaComplianceProfessionalwithin AmericasCoreCompliancePracticesDivision,youwillbeentrusted

with various activities and tasks that are required for effective management of the compliance risk within thebank. As part of this role you, participate, support, and execute multiple processes including managementand development of tools aligned to risk assessment, monitoring, regulatory data management, etc. This isan individual contributor role and will operate in a matrix organization and support various leaders within thegroup.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert in multitasking, learn various processes within the practices group and execute these timelyand withqualitydeliverables.
  • Some of the process that this role is expected to support and execute are Compliance RiskAssessment, Compliance Monitoring, Regulatory Data Management, Regulatory ChangeManagement,Taxonomy,and otherprocess asassigned bytheHeadofPractices.
  • DataAnalyticsskillmanagelargeamountofdata, ensureitsaccuracy, completeness,conductreview and challenge,followup with employees,completion ofannualreview etc.
  • Assist with maintenance, update, and management of existing tools for management of data using followingSharepoint,PowerApps,PowerBI,Excel, PowerAutomate,PowerBIReportBuilderetc.
  • Createnewtoolsfor processenhancementandmanagement.
  • Manage monthly reporting and create new reports that provide meaningful data to the compliance leadership.
  • Manageandmaintain variousdatarelated processandleadtheirexecution.
  • Ensurecompletenessandaccuracyofdataacrossvarioustoolsandapplications.
  • Perform quality check on submissions, conduct review and challenge, ensure appropriate approvals,etc.toconfirm allrequiredprocessstepshavebeencompleted.
  • Conduct quality check and reconciliation of data across various tools for data quality, completeness,and accuracy.
  • CreateFastMapstouploaddataintoOpenPages.
  • Ensureconsistencyofdataandnamingconventionsbetweenvarioussystems andtools.
  • Support data entry in SharePoint, tools, and open pages for compliance teams that do not haveaccess AssistCompliance teams withnoaccessto thetoolsinupdating information.
  • Leadvariousdatamanagementprocesses,
  • Identify challenges, suggest, develop and implement solutions. Assist in the identification andstreamlining ofprocesses
  • Ensure compliance with documented standards and procedures and compliance with data change managementrequirements.
  • Conduct cross entity comparative analysis and provide meaning analysis on data including identification
  • Ongoing maintenance of data dictionary, policies, procedures, standards, procedures, templates,and trainingdocumentation,asneeded.
  • Create training documents and conduct training to new users, refresher training to existing users,and project-specifictrainingbased on projectneeds.
  • Timelycompletionoftheactivitieswithrobust communicationandstakeholderfollowup.
  • Maintainstrongunderstandingofvariousprocess andhowtheyinterrelatetoeachotherandimpact.

JobRequirements:

Qualifications:
  • 5-6 years of experience in financial services preferably in either of the following areas: Audit,Compliance,DataAnalytics,orRiskManagement
  • Bachelorsdegreeisrequired.

Advancedevelopmentexperienceinfollowingisrequired:
  • Excel

  • Power BI
  • PowerApps
  • Power Automate
  • PowerBIReport Builder
  • Self-starter withabilitytoworkindependently.
  • Highlevelofattentiontodetailanddocumentationrequirements.
  • Self-drivenwithability tomulti-taskandhandlemultiple prioritiesatonetimeandoperateinmatrixorganization.
  • Abilitytocommunicateeffectively(bothorally andinwriting) withvariouslevels ofmanagement.
  • Experience in the following is a plus:Open Pages, VBA, SQL, Access, InfoPath Designer,Demonstratedability tomanageworkloadsandprioritizedeliverables,abilitytobeflexible
