My client is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Finance Manager to join their team in a leading manufacturing organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a full CIMA (ACMA CGMA) qualification and extensive experience in a manufacturing environment. If you possess strong technical accounting skills and a proven track record in financial management, we want to hear from you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations and reporting processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX regulations.
• Manage foreign exchange (Forex) activities and mitigate risk associated with international transactions.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, reports, and forecasts to meet strict deadlines.
• Manage the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide strategic financial support to the senior leadership team to drive decision-making and business growth.

Requirements:

• Full CIMA qualified with 10-15 years of experience in finance, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with US GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance, and financial controls.
• Proven experience in managing foreign exchange (Forex) transactions and risks.
• Strong background in staff management, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Experience working with strict deadlines and a proven ability to prioritize and meet financial reporting timelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
