- Inventory management.
- Receiving of orders from suppliers.
- Packing of store item properly on shelfs.
- Distribution of orders to end -users/business units.
- Issuing of store items to end -users/business units.
- Creation of purchase requisition for store replenishment.
- Conduct Monthly Inventory count.
- Ensure inventory discrepancies are justified & recorded for audit purpose.
- Processing of invoices received from suppliers/service providers.
- Follow-up on outstanding Purchase orders/Invoices with suppliers.
- Receive of deliveries and distribution of orders.
- Attend monthly account meetings.
- Keep a proper record management system.
- Attend to all queries related to warehouse management.
