This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and high-performing finance team in a newly created role that promises both challenge and reward.As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key stakeholders and driving financial performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to bring together statutory and management accounting expertise, providing strategic insights that will contribute to the organisation's success.Your responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner will include:
- Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Monitor and review debtors to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Provide financial and commercial insights to support decision-making processes.
- Deliver financial analysis and present monthly commentary to leadership teams.
- Coordinate with Group and Regional finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Manage and take ownership of multiple cost centres within the organisation.
- Produce ad hoc reports, presentations, and respond to information requests as required.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements within the role.
- You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Proven experience in statutory and management accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised with the proven ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
