We are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join our client's team in a pivotal role that blends management accounts with finance business partnering.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, which involves analysis of data, preparation and posting of journals
- Preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget journals and analyses.
- Undertake financial analysis to support/drive the commercial objectives of the business.
- Partner with various business units to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for financial optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong Management Accounts prep experience
- Proven experience working in a large, fast-paced business environment.
- Strong background in management accounting and financial analysis.
- Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
