Responsibilities:


Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), sole traders, and partnershipsPrepare and review personal tax returns ensuring compliance with UK tax regulationsProvide expert tax advice on personal tax matters, identifying planning opportunities where applicableBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for tax-related queriesAssist with tax planning and advisory services, such as capital gains tax (CGT), inheritance tax (IHT), and trust-related adviceSupervise and mentor junior staff, offering guidance and reviewing their workLiaise with HMRC on behalf of clients to resolve queries and issues

Ideal Candidate:

ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent experience in personal taxStrong knowledge of UK personal tax legislation and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters to clientsExperience managing a portfolio of personal tax clients in a practice environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
