Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a global business to recruit a technical and dynamic Finance Manager.

Working closely with the FD, you will play a crucial role in the providing financial insights and support to drive business performance.

Duties Include:

• Prepare and maintain month end accounts
• Production of consolidated books and balance sheet reconciliations
• Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
• Assisting in the preparation of Statutory Accounts and Tax Packages
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
• Maintaining effective relationships with all key stakeholders across the business
• Support the Finance Director with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finalist.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary and benefits:

The role of Finance Manager is £55,000pa to £60,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and flexible working hours.
