Interim Project Accountant - Power BI Automation We are seeking a highly skilled Project Accountant for a client in Cornwall on a temporary basis to play a pivotal role in transforming how they deliver management accounts. You will spearhead the automation of management accounting processes using Power BI, streamlining data workflows and enhancing the quality and timeliness of financial reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking finance professional with strong technical expertise in Power BI and a proven track record in financial process automation. Key Responsibilities * Analyse existing management accounting processes and identify opportunities for automation. * Develop and implement dynamic Power BI dashboards to provide real-time financial insights. * Collaborate with finance and IT teams to integrate data sources and ensure accurate reporting. * Enhance data visualisation to improve decision-making across key stakeholders. * Deliver training and support to the finance team to ensure smooth adoption of automated tools. * Prepare documentation for processes, ensuring sustainability beyond the interim period. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with the following qualifications and skills: * ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent. * Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI, and report design. * Solid understanding of financial systems and data integration. * Proven ability to deliver end-to-end process improvement and automation. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
