About the Role:Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim Finance Director or Finance Manager to guide them through their year-end audit. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic organisation, requiring expertise, leadership, and a collaborative approach.Key

Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing the year-end audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Providing expert financial guidance and support to senior stakeholders.
• Managing and mentoring a small junior finance team of three.
• Ensuring the integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Implementing and improving processes to meet tight deadlines efficiently.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar senior accounting role.
• A hands-on approach with a track record of delivering successful audits.
• Excellent leadership skills to inspire and guide a small finance team.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Immediate availability for an interim assignment.
