Are you a skilled Finance Analyst with a talent for data-driven insights and advanced Excel expertise, looking to gain exposure to treasury operations? Are you ready to join a global organisation making an impact in over 50 countries? Do you thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and supportive team environment? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

We are delighted to partner with an international organisation to recruit a Finance (Treasury) Analyst to join their Treasury team. Operating with a turnover over £900 million, this organisation supports country offices worldwide by managing funding, mitigating financial risks, and facilitating the launch of strategic initiatives.

In this newly created role, you will:
  • Manage £600m in funding and optimise short-term investments across 20 currencies, driving cost savings.
  • Monitor FX rate movements daily and advise on trading and investment opportunities, focusing on ethical and strategic decisions.
  • Lead a high-profile project to centralise and enhance cash flow forecasting across both home and country offices.
  • Gain exposure to treasury operations while supporting the Head of Treasury and stepping in to authorise transactions in their absence.
  • Drive innovation by supporting AI-powered projects that improve cash flow forecasting and transition financial reporting to Power BI.

This role offers fully remote working with flexible hours, a strong focus on work-life balance, and a collaborative team environment. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave (rising to 30 days) plus bank holidays, a competitive pension, funded professional memberships after probation, eyecare vouchers, and additional perks through the Employee Assistance Program

The ideal candidate will:
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience working at an intermediate level with Excel and, ideally, Power BI.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a team-oriented culture, and work independently when needed.
  • Be eager to learn and develop in a role.
  • Ideally be ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, or ACT qualified.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis - don’t miss this opportunity to take the next step in your finance career. Apply today!
