Introduction
EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR IS ESSENTIAL
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring the Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs team (PPARA) captures and monitors regulatory trends and changes.
Promptly review and summarise (along with guidance on potential impacts) Regulatory developments and distribute them to the affected divisions.
Collect and submit comments on proposed legislation to the Regulators, Government, or industry associations where appropriate.
Desired Experience & Qualification
B. Com LLB degree
Min 7 years' experience in the financial services industry
Admitted attorney and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is advantageous
Impact Assessment Skills Essential
Public Policy Review
Commenting on Legislation
Regulatory Affairs Experience
Package & Remuneration
Negotiable
