Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role in a fast-growing company? I am seeking an experienced ACCA/CIMA qualified, Finance Manager to join this food manufacturing business at their new site in Ebbw Vale.

You will join a dynamic team and support the next phase of growth. If you are a natural leader with a strong financial background with advanced excel skills, ERP knowledge and experience within the FMCG sector, then please reach out!

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate as part of the site leadership team, driving Commercial and Operational initiatives.
  • Lead projects to improve margins and reduce costs sustainably.
  • Review and ensure the financial soundness of capital proposals.
  • Provide accurate forecasting for capital project spending and escalate any deviations from the approved plan.
  • Lead the preparation of daily and weekly KPI reports.
  • Take overall responsibility for monthly site management accounts, highlighting variances against weekly reports, budget, and prior year performance.
  • Promote cost awareness by ensuring strong overhead control across all functions.
  • Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Regularly forecast site performance and lead the annual budgeting process.
  • Monitor and improve internal controls to mitigate key business risks.
  • Lead and mentor the onsite finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
