Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of the site leadership team, driving Commercial and Operational initiatives.
- Lead projects to improve margins and reduce costs sustainably.
- Review and ensure the financial soundness of capital proposals.
- Provide accurate forecasting for capital project spending and escalate any deviations from the approved plan.
- Lead the preparation of daily and weekly KPI reports.
- Take overall responsibility for monthly site management accounts, highlighting variances against weekly reports, budget, and prior year performance.
- Promote cost awareness by ensuring strong overhead control across all functions.
- Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Regularly forecast site performance and lead the annual budgeting process.
- Monitor and improve internal controls to mitigate key business risks.
- Lead and mentor the onsite finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
