The Role for Senior Finance Manager:
Heels & Brogues Recruitment are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Senior Finance Manager to join our clients award-winning Corporate Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on transactions and deliver expert strategic advice to clients, helping businesses achieve their growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Finance Manager
  • Provide expert advice on growth, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Produce business plans, information memorandums, and valuations.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify potential strategic buyers and acquisition targets.
  • Prepare advanced financial models.
  • Market businesses for sale and support clients with growth and development capital.
  • Lead transactions and manage complex projects.

Attributes Required for Senior Finance Manager role:
  • Qualified accountant with significant corporate finance experience.
  • Proven track record advising on acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, MBIs, and fundraises/refinancing.
  • Expertise in lower mid-market transactions (£5m£75m enterprise value).
  • Strong client management skills and a drive to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with clients.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiastic about networking with business owners and other professionals.
