£27500 per annum
25.5 days holiday + bank holidays

Job duties and responsibilities
Processing detailed Sales Invoices on Xero, ensuring accurate coding and VAT compliance.
Proactively chasing debtors
Issuing statements to customers.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
Help to resolve day to day queries promptly via telephone and email
Work closely with the finance team and assist with ad hoc duties.
Processing purchase invoices
Desired skills
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
High standard of numeracy and literacy.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
String attention to detail
Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
Able to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
