Payroll Specialist - £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus - City of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.
Our client is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week required into the office.
The Role:
? Administer monthly payroll processes for employees across multiple locations, including France, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, the Netherlands, and Australia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal standards.
? Collaborate with global payroll providers and internal teams to consistently meet payroll deadlines.
? Assist with payroll reporting for internationally mobile employees.
? Contribute to the end-to-end processing of UK payrolls managed in-house using Workday.
? Support payroll-related reconciliations, including multiple equity plans and employee benefits.
? Assist with payroll recharges and accounting reporting tasks.
? Provide support during internal and external payroll audits.
? Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processes.
? Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of payroll procedures.
? Assist the Payroll Manager with key payroll-related projects, from initiation to completion.
? Provide support for annual regulatory reporting projects, including P11D(b), PSA, Appendix 8, GPG, and ERS.
Skills needed
- Exposure to international payroll.
- Strong excel skills
