Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Lead to join the business on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working (4 days per week required in)

The Role:

? Global Payroll Leadership: Drive payroll operations and initiatives globally, including onboarding new countries and standardizing payroll processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.

? Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing for the US and EMEA regions, leveraging Workday in-house systems and external vendors where appropriate.

? Process Improvement: Analyze existing global payroll workflows and implement enhancements through technology and automation to optimize efficiency.

? Vendor and Contract Oversight: Manage relationships with global payroll vendors, evaluate contracts, and conduct vendor assessments to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.

? Workday Configuration and Integration: Collaborate with HRIS teams to configure, test, and monitor Workday Payroll, exploring system updates and improvements for seamless global payroll operations.

? Team Leadership and Development: Guide and develop the payroll team, promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

? Policy and Compliance: Ensure payroll policies and procedures comply with local, federal, and international regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation on platforms like Confluence.

? Special Projects and Support: Contribute to special initiatives and take on additional responsibilities to enhance payroll services.

? Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to support evolving business needs.
