Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed scenario models to assess the financial impact of potential market expansions.
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather data and develop assumptions for modelling.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management based on scenario outcomes.
- Support the preparation of board-level presentations for private equity stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking KPIs to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements as required.
About You:
This role is best suited to a recently arrived CA-qualified accountant with a strong technical background and a commercial mindset. You’ll bring:
- Excellent financial modelling skills, with a focus on scenario planning.
- Experience in hospitality or multi-site businesses (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- An interest in working in a private equity-backed environment, with an understanding of its pace and expectations
