About the Company:

My client is a company dedicated to sustainability we are looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join one of their growing business lines focused on providing low-carbon energy solutions to private and government organisations.

About the Role:

Ideally, we are looking for qualified accountants (0-3 years post-qualified) who have experience in multiple finance disciplines. Experience in construction & development would be an advantage.



Responsibilities:

• Firstly, the individual would be responsible for the monthly management and performance Accounts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reporting to Executive Management.

• Secondly, the candidate will support the financial planning (5 year) & FP&A process: supporting the budgets & forecast process providing variance analysis & commentary. This will include re-forecast, adjustments, price sensitivities, scenario modelling and KPI Dashboarding.

• Lastly, the candidate will be expected to business partner with a wide range of operational stakeholders with financial analysis as required; identifying trends, generating revenue as well as reducing cost.

Pay range and compensation package:

The salary on offer is £55-65k (depending on experience), a discretionary bonus and a leading benefits package. WFH Policy is 2 or 3 days in, the rest from home.
