The Role
The successful Finance Analyst will manage the following:
Your Profile
We are looking for a well-educated ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier who is looking to take the next step in a FP&A and partnering focused role.
Someone with a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a financial analyst, FP&A analyst, management accountant, finance business partner or generally within an FP&A/management accounting function would be ideally suited to this opportunity.
We need someone ambitious who enjoys working with data and has a commercial mindset, allied to the people skills to add value to a variety of stakeholders.
Benefits
£45,000 - £48,000 + bonus and exceptional benefits, full study support is also available. This role is offered on a hybrid basis 3 days per week in office.

The Role
The successful Finance Analyst will manage the following:
- Lead on Reviewing/tracking costs across revenue and commissions, including analysing variances against forecast and plan and ensuring variances are understood by all stakeholders.
- Providing clear explanations of variances to senior leadership and group head office.
- Play a key role in the annual operating plan and monthly forecast process for the division for expenditure (operating & capital) across all International offices. Ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are accurate and complete.
- Identification and quantification of risks, trends and opportunities across designated business area
- Partner the in-market finance and commercial teams to ensure correct financial procedures and controls are adhered to.
- Assisting in the maintenance, development and improvement of the departments reporting including liaison with relevant stakeholders within the business.
- Providing support in the administration of the Financial System and planning/reporting tools.
