We are recruiting a talented Finance Business Partner for a newly created position based in Leeds or Sheffield. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and working directly with the Pricing Director to shape and drive the business's commercial strategy.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead on the planning and budgeting for your allocated business area, including updates and strategic plans, and use financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Colloborate with the Pricing Director and wider finance team to provide financial support, including presentations for partner meetings and initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Offer clear insights and recommendations based on monthly financial reports.
• Support projects like financial planning for new hires, promotions, and business expansion.
• Provide financial guidance and training for non-finance stakeholders and new team members.

Person Specification

• Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Skilled in analysing financial data, creating models, and preparing clear, concise reports to support strategic decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, engaging presence to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Creative and pragmatic problem-solver with a commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders to ensure a commercial perspective is communicated and understood.
• Comfortable working within a partnership-oriented environment.

This permanent position offers a starting salary of up to £65,000, with the flexibility of hybrid working across Leeds or Sheffield and centrally located offices with excellent transport links and parking.
